Notice to Submit Application for Moffat Water Supply Corporation Board of Directors

The Annual Member Meeting and Board of Director Elections for the Moffat Water Supply Corporation will be held at the Moffat Community Center located at 13410 Kuykendall Mountain Road, Temple, Texas. The meeting will start at 5:30 p.m. on January 17, 2022. The purpose of the meeting will be to update the membership on the business affairs of the Corporation and to conduct a director election unless the election is declared unopposed by a resolution of the board of directors.

AT THIS TIME MOFFAT WATER SUPPLY CORPORATION IS SEEKING APPLICANTS TO SERVE AS A DIRECTOR. If you are interested in serving as a Director, you are required to complete the Application for Board of Directors below. This application form must be completed and submitted to the Corporation’s main office to the attention of the Credential Committee or to the Corporation at 5460 Lakeaire Blvd., Temple, TX 76502 or by email at custserv@moffatwatersupply.com by November 29, 2021, by close of business for the applicant’s name to be placed on the ballot. If the Corporation has 1,500 or more members, this form must be accompanied by a petition signed by at least 20 members, requesting that the applicant’s name be placed on the ballot as a candidate for director.
